Sehr gut gefiel uns die sehr ruhige Lage und der kl. Garten hinter dem Haus. Einer der beiden Nachbarn (= Hs-Nr. 10) ist sehr angenehm. Vom Haus aus ist die City von Sydney in ca. 30 Min mit dem Bus oder in ca 40 Min mit Bus und Fähre gut erreichbar. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt sowie viele Pubs und ausländische Restaurants sowie ein Freibad
sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Anders als das Bild bei booking.com vermuten lässt, sind in dem Aufenthaltsraum, früher hätte man das als Wohnküche bezeichnet, noch 2 Sofas integriert, so dass dieser Raum sehr vollgestellt ist. An 2 heißen Tagen (= ca. 36 - 38 Grad im Schatten) heizten sich das Haus sehr auf. Leider sind nur im mittleren Raum und einem der Schlafzimmer Klimaanlagen, so dass auch nachts die anderen Räume nicht runter zu kühlen waren.
