The owner is very caring and lovely. When we arrived we had a problem with the room. The owner already arrived after two minutes supporting to find a solution. Also throughout the stay he was always there in case l. The apartment itself is very new and has a nice little garden, a terrace with a table and two places for sun bathing. It offers everything you need and we even got a little welcome gift including local olive oil, salt and some chocolate. The kitchen has everything you need and even a small dishwasher.

Besides being new, the apartment is already showing some problems. Even with the owner trying to find a solution, we had a constant smell in the apartment apparently coming from the low pressure, but this is nothing you want to have in your holidays. Also there were ants in the bathroom, spiders and other animals in the living room and it was definitely not the cleanest place I stayed. We booked the apartment because for us it offered the best price-value from the pictures and the location. For the location it is very close to Koper and perfect with a car to reach. By foot or bike keep in mind that it is up a steep hill! Would we book it again? - not for this price because even with the new flat and nice owner, there are many small things that do not justify the current price compared to what is out there on booking.com. However, I have to say that for this area, it still is one of the best options.

We were upscaled to a slightly larger apartment. The apartment itself is like new, very nicely decorated, modern and very spacious. The bedroom has a big bed, bathroom is clean and has everything you need, kitchen is fully equiped, plenty of cutlery and dishes, the dishwasher is a big plus. Living room is comfortable as is the couch, the TV has plenty of programs to choose from. Wifi works very well.

V Villo Maris smo se vrnili že drugič in ponovno smo bili navdušeni. Nastanitev od 27. do 30. avgusta je bila izjemna – apartma je nadstandardno opremljen, izjemno čist in udoben, z dih jemajočim razgledom, ki vsak dan polepša jutro in večer. Gostitelj je izjemno prijazen, skrben in gostoljuben. Posebej smo bili ganjeni nad pozornostjo, ki jo namenja stalnim gostom – resnično cenimo takšno toplino in osebni pristop. Vsak detajl je premišljen, kar ustvarja občutek domačnosti in razkošja hkrati. Villo Maris toplo priporočamo vsem, ki iščejo mir, udobje in vrhunsko gostoljubje. Mi se zagotovo še vrnemo!
