Apartment Theatrum

The property owners were so responsive and quick to correct a few issues we had upon arrival very effectively. They were also very helpful in assisting us with parking etc. The location is excellent and the space is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well set up making it easy to cook meals. We would definitely stay there again.

It was an unusually hot few days while we were there and while the apartment has AC there was none in the bedrooms. Having AC or even a fan in the bedrooms would have been nice. We did not ask for fans so we are not complaining, just an observation.

Struttura molto ampia, spaziosa e luminosa. Molto apprezzata la presenza di macchina da caffè con capsule e di generi di prima necessità come sale, olio e zucchero.

Sono segnalati due bagni ma uno si trova all’interno di una camera matrimoniale ed è senza wc, il wc si trova in corridoio. Inoltre nel medesimo bagno è presente lo scaldabagno che,anche di notte, quando si accende,è rumoroso. Il bagno della seconda camera invece è completo ma riceve male.

La ubicación y el espacio del apartamento

Que no tenga parking, estaba muy lejos, las toallas necesitan recambio porque eran de mala calidad, el secador no tiene aire caliente.

The apartment is huge, with high ceiling, the very typical western building. It was clean, has all standard utility for an apartment hotel, no more no less. The owner was very responsive.

Despite the large size of the apartment, it was not well divided for rent. Specifically, the small suite at the end of the corridor has a built-in bathroom, a walk-in closet but only a double sized bed, not ideal for a couple. On the other hand, the other two rooms both have king-sized beds. Secondly, the aircons were placed in the corridor and one of the rooms adjacent to dinning room. None of the other “proper” bedrooms has aircon. Thirdly, the washing machine was almostly randomly placed in one of the bathrooms. It was small and very very noisy. Finally, the sound insulation effect of the entire apartment is very poor. One can hear noises from two rooms apart. But I guess that’s the problem typically associated with old building.
