Posizione ottima! Vicino al centro a piedi in 10 minuti e fermata di tram a pochi passi ! Casa spaziosa in 6 siamo stati veramente bene

Una pecca è stato il bidet non funzionante, non usciva acqua

El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente, cercano a todos los lugares de interés a pie, encontramos siempre lugar para estacionar en la puerta del edificio. Los ambientes son muy grandes y cómodos, todo funciona muy bien.

Solo una falla tenía el departamento el baño de la última habitación no tenía buena presión de agua

Todo espectacular , la elegancia , la tranquilidad del sector y cada habitación se dormía sin ruido , cerca a todo el apto caminando , cocina muy bien dotada, poder lavar ropa Buenisimo , limpieza impecable.

Todo muy bien y la atención remota muy buena y rápida respuesta !

The apartment is huge, with high ceiling, the very typical western building. It was clean, has all standard utility for an apartment hotel, no more no less. The owner was very responsive.

Despite the large size of the apartment, it was not well divided for rent. Specifically, the small suite at the end of the corridor has a built-in bathroom, a walk-in closet but only a double sized bed, not ideal for a couple. On the other hand, the other two rooms both have king-sized beds. Secondly, the aircons were placed in the corridor and one of the rooms adjacent to dinning room. None of the other “proper” bedrooms has aircon. Thirdly, the washing machine was almostly randomly placed in one of the bathrooms. It was small and very very noisy. Finally, the sound insulation effect of the entire apartment is very poor. One can hear noises from two rooms apart. But I guess that’s the problem typically associated with old building.
