Sunbird Resort Totally Renovated Resort Beach Condo

The location was amazing, the size of the condo was great for 2 people. The beach is so close!! The pools also looked beautiful although we didn’t swim in them! Overall it was a great spot to stay with restaurants and stores nearby. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the kitchen was big enough and had all the dishes or silverware we would need. The TV selection was great for the rainy parts of the day, the layout of the condo is nice!

The overall cleanliness was lacking. It was clean enough to stay in, but even upon arrival there was sand all over the floor, and we found hair on the towels in the bathroom. The shower was moldy. The bed sheets weren’t very soft and felt a bit sandy. The keurig with creamer and sweetener was a nice touch but there was like- ONE coffee pod. Not enough to feel like it was stocked to treat us. Certainly not enough to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning of our stay. This condo technically has a beach view, but not what is advertised in the photos on the listing. It is on the side of the building facing the next building over, with a sliver of beach view over the pool. We were in the impression the room faced the water like the photos.

The location, gated security and all surrounding amenities that we needed were provided all at this condominium.

The building itself needed some renovation. It’s quite out updated compared with neighbor condominiums.

I loved the location, security was amazing, and this room was gorgeous!

The only thing was the elevators. They were the only iffy part, but overall, it did NOT ruin it.
