We stayed in a two bed apartment, it looked fairly newly renovated, very spacious and clean with all the expected amenities.
The pool area is quite large and never busy whilst we were there, the pool itself requires some TLC, you can see some effort has been made to try and spruce the area up with new sun umbrellas and day bed furnishings. The property on a whole in some places looks rundown, although it is evident some work is going on to try and bring it back to date.
Staff are helpful - desk is open from for a period of time in the day 8-5 I think.
Needs some TLC in some parts of the building and pool area

l'appartement est beau, spacieux, lumineux, propre, bien équipé
la piscine privée est un vrai plus d'autant que la piscine commune dans le jardin est mal entretenue (une partie fermée, l'autre pas très propre)
très bon accueil et disponibilité de la direction et de la réception
très bon emplacement tout près d'une très jolie plage et de restaurants/commerces
les parties communes !!!
quelques parties de bâtiments sont en cours de rénovation, d'autres semblent abandonnées mais la plupart (dont le nôtre) sont en très mauvais état, voire dangereux :
-le carrelage au sol se décolle et est cassé car le sol s'affaisse : danger de chute ou blessure
-peintures écaillées, humidité sur les murs, ascenseur vétuste
dommage car la résidence devait être d'un très bon standing à l'origine
