Close to Metro C (direct to Colosseo). Easy to get to Ciampino Airport by taking two buses (frequent schedule).
Close to local food shop (Penny, similar to Aldi) and other amenities.
Plenty of space in apartment, nice to have a lounge and dining room table. Tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, umbrellas provided, which is nice.
Quiet street. Feels safe.
Overall very happy.
It would be helpful to have a microwave and more plugs in the bedrooms. You could either charge or have a bedside light, not both.
It would also be nice to have some aluminium foil for the oven provided.
It is odd that a key is needed to get out at the outside gate, it feels like a fire risk, but that might be an Italian thing. A second set of keys would be nice.
Be aware that you need to pay the tourist tax at check in, in cash. Note, the check-in is in person. No lock box.

Άνετο σπίτι για οικογένεια - 4 άτομα. Καθαρό, πολύ ζεστό, γυρίζαμε το βράδυ και το σπίτι ήταν ζεστό.
Ξεχωριστός χώρος καθιστικού. Το προτείνω.

Super séjour dans cet appartement chaleureux ! La propriétaire a été d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande flexibilité : elle nous a permis de faire un check-in autonome pour arriver plus tard et m’a même renvoyé une veste que j’avais oubliée. L’appartement est non seulement très beau et parfaitement propre, mais aussi rempli de petites attentions : café, huile pour cuisiner, informations touristiques… Je recommande vivement ! C’est le meilleur moyen de profiter de Rome dans une ambiance agréable et authentique, sans faire exploser son budget!

It is located very close to the tram. I appreciate the fact that someone met us to give the keys eventhough we arrived late in the property due to the strike that happened in Milan Central. It is clean from the bathroom to the rooms and the living room. The place is also really safe, will recommend this to friends.
Not that I really don't like but just a comment of the bar across who's people were so loud, but again this is an exemption to the accommodation itself.
