Pine Valley Cyprus MUP

The view is amaizing, apartment location is nice (not near the road, not very far from Girne, very close to the shop), apartment is quite big, kitchen is very well equipped, AC works well, place is very quiet, there is a proper restaurant very closed by. Many thanks to the administration team: we arrived very late and I asked them in advance to prepare some food for us - it was done!

Both bathrooms are small and very old fashioned and shabby: my wife said it is look like she is visiting public shower. But is is not the key issue, the point is the quality of servicing: one of the shower was broken together with the curtain in the one of the room (was not possible to cover the window from the sun light) from the very begining. I informed the owner (or someone who was responsible for the booking), next day the lady came to the apartment for checking she promissed to fix everything. The window was covered with the piece of the fabric, the shower was still broken. I informed them again, some man came for checking and confirmed that the shower is broken and needs to be replaced - when we check out the shower was still broken and the window was covered with the piece of the cloth :):)

Super Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden was man für eine Woche benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequeme auch die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist top. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Ansprechpartner der uns bei Problemen sofort geholfen hat, nochmals lieben dank an Florian.

Leider ist in allen Bereichen die Sauberkeit in der Ferienwohnung nicht gut.

Having the correct address from booking.com so that we were able to actually find the apartment when we arrived. A couple of standing fans in the apt would have been good due to it being very hot
