Like that all the bedrooms were on one level. The patio and outdoor shower were a nice touch! Clean and no evidence of pest. Not falling apart but could use a few repairs.
We would have felt more comfortable if a few things were available. Such as detergent for the dishwasher, (I understand why you would supply laundry detergent) the thermostat was set lower than 78 upon arrival and maybe some coffee to make the next morning. My main complaint was the showers. One shower was super tiny impossible to shave or wash your hair without hitting a wall. While the other had a shower head that either blasted you like a pressure washer or forced you to stand against the wall under the shower head to rinse off when turned to the other setting.
