Lovely stay

The unit is so lovely. It's like home.Love the location.This is our 2nd stay at this apartment.

The fire sensor is really sensitive. During our 1st night we were rushed to vacate the property due to the fire alarm caused by one of the units cooking dinner and triggered off the sensor.

This was a modern, spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment in a marvellous location in Delft. It has an elevator which was very welcome with luggage and after long days of walking! Staff were incredibly helpful and we would recommend BizStay without hesitation! It was a pleasure to stay for there for 6 nights!

Perfect location, comfortable and quiet, loved the canal view

The canal view from the living room window is better than television. We watched the canal, the birds, the boats, bicyclists and local people with great interest. The purpose of the trip was to recover from 9 time zones of jet lag, so we valued the quiet and comfortable neighborhood. The location is an easy stroll around the historic district, with a good grocery store and a fun Saturday market. We walked and napped as needed and were never disturbed by noise, except the occasional motorcycle. The soundproofing works. The aircon works. The one bedroom apartment gave us the space and comfort we needed. The building is a short walk from the train station, which supports many trains from and back to Schipol airport, and other Netherlands destinations, no need for a car. Be sure to ask the receptionist how to turn the stove on. Hint: look for a button with a vertical bar.

The beds were not what they could have been. We had two mattresses which did not fit the frames, so the mattresses slid around, leaving a lip hanging over. I actually fell off the edge, which was startling. The sofa is okay for sitting, not so comfortable for sprawling. Guests with mobility issues should ask detailed questions about stairs. They have a lift, but there were extra stairs down to the apartment door.

No instructions in English for using the oven or washer and dryer. Kitchen had no cookie or pizza sheet, spatulas, dish cloths or dish washing liquid. Not enough toilet tissue for 1 day.

Comfortable but needs a few additions

We were in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was comfortable and clean with comfortable beds. It had included kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.

There was no included bathroom toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, no simple spices like salt or pepper or oil for cooking, no laundry detergent. A few things were provided such as dishwasher pods, a little bit of dishwashing liquid, toilet paper.

Great location, very central and convenient.

Running parallel booking systems on Bizz Stay and Booking.Com was a little confusing on occasions. For example, we made the booking on Booking.Com and paid for it on Bizz stay when prompted to do so. But from memory, documentation on the Booking.Com site didn’t always reflect the fact we had fully paid.

Lovely new short stay apartment for our family of 4. Modern, comfortable, quiet and excellent location. We appreciated the welcome from the reception and quick responses. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had AC (although not always necessary due to lower temperatures at night). Very short walk to train, plaza and dining. Will absolutely stay again!

We appreciated the welcome bag including coffee, tea, soap etc. however there should be more toilet paper given so guests do not need to purchase more.

Totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

We received a wonderful welcome from Carmela, who assisted us throughout our stay. She is a lovely person and made us feel right at home. ❤️ Likes: Clean and tidy! Full kitchen supplies Staff Provided start-up package with dishwasher pods, coffee, toilet paper, etc. Quality linens Heating rack for bathroom towels Washer-Dryer unit and drying rack (bring detergent) Working TVs in living and bedroom Staff incredibly friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Weight / work out room very nice! Great location to Delft train station and old City Delft / museums.

Refrigerator smelled bad - probably needs a good disinfectant / cleaning. The large spiral staircase is in the way as you walk from the kitchen into the bedroom - Perhaps repositioning the kitchen table and chairs may help to avoid hitting your head on the spiral staircase as you walk by. Walls are thin…we could hear people walking and talking in neighboring units.

We are planning to come back to Delft and stay like locals again next summer!

The check-in was super! It is the best of two worlds; hotel type checkin with a personal escort to our room to review all the amenities of the property, our apartment and the surrounding area. They suggested a dinner spot and it was perfect! It was nice to have a homemade that felt like home with our favorite foods and laundry!

We LOVED BizStay Delft. Lovely warm welcome on arrival and a complimentary bag of goodies (soap, coffee, toilet paper, dish washer tabs etc). There is an Albert Heijn supermarket a 1 min walk from the complex and you are about 7 minutes from the train and bus station and 2 minutes from the centre. Everything was perfect in the apartment, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We wouldn't change one thing about our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the beautiful city of Delft

Family vacation

Great location, very clean, nice apartment with all amenities you could think of. Quite, comfortable, well decorated, modern, basically brand new with fully equipped kitchen. We were provided with a greeting tote with toiletries/tea bags and coffee pods, water bottles, which was a nice touch. Helpful stuff. Perfect for a family. Easy check in/check out.

Our apartment, 15M, had no window to outside in the second bedroom. I missed that in the description. There were two bathrooms with showers/sinks but only one toilet room. Took awhile to figure out how the towel warmer/dryer worked. The bed had not a queen size mattress, but two separate mattresses put together

Love the location, a short walk from train station and to the Markt square where most attractions are. Love the apartment, so well decorated and well equipped. The nice gesture of providing some supplies to start the stay. The staff on site was also very friendly and helpful when we checked in and checked out.

The apartment and furnishings were perfect.

Delft is such a perfectly sized town for walking and biking. The Biz Stay location was situated near the old center as well as near modern shopping. A grocery store is just around the corner.

Parking at the mall underground garage is a little inconvenient as well as a little expensive. We have experienced this in other cities in older cities in Holland and probably should be expected.

Perfect location for a perfect stay in Delft!

BizStay is an excellent option for a visit to Delft! I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for three nights, and it was absolutely comfortable with everything I needed. The apartment seemed newly renovated yet maintained plenty of charm, and the staff were very accommodating of my early arrival. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed, the design of the shower, the easy washing machine, and access to a gym and patio. The train station is only two blocks away, making it easy to take the quick trip to The Hague or to visit other destinations. The main square is about three blocks away, with several charming streets of shops and restaurants along the way. Delft is a lovely Dutch destination, and I highly recommend BizStay for anyone who visits!
