Ottima posizione, edificio tranquillo. Bello il soggiorno spazioso luminoso , divani letto comodi . Cucina piccola ma funzionale , ci sono balconi in ogni camera.Lavatrice ferro da stiro sempre utili specialmente per lunghi soggiorni come il mio servizio portierato. Ascensore comodo, bar pasticceria e ristorante ad un palmo di mano, inclusa Metro e funicolare.
Non c è il riscaldamento ma solo condizionatori. Bagni un po' trascurati con brutto odore di tanto in tanto ma è dovuto che l ' appartamento spesso è vuoto. Più manutenzione più attrezzi per cucinare, come pentole etc...

Appartamento molto grande, con due bagni, cucina camera da letto e soggiorno con divano letto. Completamente ristrutturato, all'interno di un condominio signorile, di fronte alla funicolare di Parco Margherita, a 100 metri dalla metro Principe Amedeo.
Il materasso del letto matrimoniale non è all'altezza del resto dell'appartamento. La macchina da caffè è poco pratica, meglio mettere una Nespresso.
