Stunning Hotel, Disappointing Experience

The decor and furnishings were a very high standard.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting. The staff were not very friendly and offered little help. My partner even emailed ahead to ask if they could assist him with his proposal to me, but he never received a reply, which was really disappointing. The breakfast was very basic with no gluten-free options available. The room was quite small, and surprisingly, there was no iron provided — instead, guests are expected to pay the hotel if they want their clothes ironed. There are hardly any sunbeds so you need to get down there early! As for the so-called fitness room, it’s really just a box room with three machines and two weights, which felt misleading. Overall, while the hotel looks lovely, the service and facilities were underwhelming.

Everything was perfect except that the pool was small and the sea was not very clean.

The only issue was that the pool had too few sunbeds — around 15–16 in total, while the hotel has over 50 rooms.

One of our best stays in Albania!

A newly built, beautifully designed hotel (the infinity-pool is breathtaking) Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff were amazing!! professional, helpful, and went above and beyond when we needed assistance.

Room for improvement: The breakfast buffet felt a bit limited, especially in terms of vegetables, cheeses, and pastry options.

Tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre. Le personnel très accueillant. La piscine est sublime et la vue sur la mer incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande vraiment !

Hôtel très propre, chambres confortables et parfaitement entretenues chaque jour. Rien à signaler, c'était parfait ! Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement qui mérite toutes ses étoiles. Excellent accueil, chambres confortables, restauration savoureuse et installations impeccables avec une très belle piscine. Magnifique vue sur la montagne.

Modern und entspannend

Es ist ein wunderschönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Ich bin jedes Jahr in Albanien und ich hatte noch nie eine bessere Erfahrung mit dem Hotel gemacht. Der Pool ist ein Traum, der Strand auch gut organisiert mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Restaurant, schon eher teurer aber auch gute Auswahl und lecker.

Der Pool hat limitierte Liegen, das Personal war aber strikt mit dem Liegenbesetzen: Wer mehr als 30 Minuten nicht da ist und jemand will liegen, wurden die besetzten Liegen wieder freigegeben, fand ich super :)

Het personeel verpest alles. Service erg slecht. Personeel was niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Slechte communicatie. Eten was ook niet goed. Er zat een haar in ons eten en ze deden alsof we het zelf hebben gedaan. Ontbijt was beperkt.

המלון חדש ויפה . בקירבה לחוף הים , מרוחק קצת מהעיר שזה ומכל המולת הרעש של המועדונים החופים והמסיבות . החדרים מצויידים במיטב הטכנולוגיה וילונות חשמליים , בקרת תאורה בחדר משוכללת , מרפסת עם נוף לים ושקיעות מהממות . הבריכה מדהימה ומתוחזקת להפליא . המסעדה במלון ברמה גבוהה ביותר הן בארוחת הבוקר העשירה והן כמסעדה בשעות הערב שמדורגת מבחינתנו כמסעדה הטובה ביותר שאכלנו באלבניה . הצטיינה במנות הבשר , פירות הים , הדגים והקוקטלים המצויינים . יתרון גדול הוא החניה הפרטית הניתנת ללקוחות ללא חיוב . מלון מומלץ ביותר

המלון מוגדר כמלון ספא . ומשום מה הספא לא היה פעיל בטענה שהוא בהקמה .

Herzlich Willkommen in Albanien☀️

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war mega! Ein ganz besonderen Dank, dan die Dame mit den schwarzen Haaren, die uns am Anfang empfangen hat. Zimmer war super, die Betten leider viel zu hart. Des Essen war auch super, sauber ordentlich und köstlich! Mein Bruder hatte sich was eingeholt und das Hotel hat sofort geholfen, auch nicht selbstverständlich! Poolanlage ein Traum! Genau wie auf den Bilder. Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen!

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Radream beeindruckt mit seinem besonderen Flair, der im gesamten Hotelbereich und im Hotelzimmer zu finden ist. Das Design und die Möbel sind wirklich sehr schön und mit bedacht ausgewählt. In den Zimmern riecht es auch besonders schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet: Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodylotion etc. Es fehlt einem so ziemlich an gar nichts. Auch ist alles wirklich sehr sehr sauber! Das Frühstück ist klein, fein und sehr wichtig: reichhaltig. Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und es gab auch immer mal wieder verschiedene Speisen. Auch das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet unfassbar leckere Gerichte. Unbedingt ausprobieren. Der Pool ist total ästhetisch und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist einfach erstklassig. Super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und einfach toll. Sie haben alle ein Lächeln im Gesicht!!!! Für alle, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage. Dieses Hotel kann ich ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen

Eine kleine Anmerkung zum Poolbereich: Es sind zu wenig Liegeflächen vorhanden. Dadurch wirkt es um den Pool herum etwas wuselig. Man könnte, ohne die Optik des Bereichs zu stören ohne Probleme mehr Liegefläche für Gäste anbieten, indem man die großen Liegeflächen (Cabanas) durch Liegestühle ersetzt. Die Cabanas würden sicher auch auf dem Flachen Bereich des Pools gut aussehen. Als Lösung bietet das Hotel dennoch Gutscheine für den Partnerstrand an, der wirklich sehr schön ist!!!

Mooi hotel, maar miste finesse

Mooi zwembad en mooie ruime kamer. Eten in het restaurant van het hotel was goed.

De toegangenkelijkheid van het gebouw, ondanks dat wij goed te been zijn, is dit geen hotel voor oudere personen of rolstoelgebruikers. Hellingsgraad garage is meer dan 20%. Niet ervaren chauffeurs geraken niet tot boven. De spa was niet klaar. Dit werd niet vermeld (ook niet aan de receptie). In het restaurant moesten we vaak lang wachten op personeel om ons te bedienen. Ook niet iedereen spreekt Engels. Aan het zwembad bleef de afwas en afval vaak lang staan. Handdoeken bleven lang liggen waardoor de weinige bedjes vaak niet gebruikt konden worden.

Tout était parfait ! Vue incroyable ,piscine panoramique , restaurant à la carte excellent avec des prix très abordables.

Dommage qu’il faut allez à la plage juste à côté car celle de l’hôtel était en travaux , la musique était trop forte et en continue.

Excellent séjour

Établissement luxueux, la piscine est magnifique ainsi que la chambre double standard. La vue du le coucher de soleil sur la mer était incroyable. Nous avons pu profiter d’un transat sur la plage privée. Le restaurant est également très bon, et le parking sur place très pratique

Toller Ort in noch nicht ganz erschlossenem Gebiet.

Das Design und der Service sind großartig.

Die Lage ist vom Blick auf Meer und Küste her fantastisch. Ein Wohlfühlort. Der Ort und die Gegend sind allerdings noch im Aufbau. Strand noch nicht fertig und für Restaurants und Flanieren muss man nach Vlor reinfahren.
