Very charming and comfortable place, nested in a historic building. Spending a night at a house from the 1800`s was very cool. The accommodations are super nice and clean. You can tell the care on the details. The contactless check in-out also worked very well. Zero difficulties. The communications sent upfront were precise.

The only thing I`d suggest differently was that at no point I recall reading about their breakfast packages, until I got to the room and saw a QR code with a menu. But it was too late to order for the next day (orders need to be placed until 2 PM, but if the check-in is at 3:00 PM, that just doesn't work. They sent so many communications in upfront, and none of them mentioned this option (at least for what I can recall, which tells me that even if they did, it is not highlighted enough). Other than that, all great.

The location was excellent So many historical points of interest were within walking distance. The hotel furnishings were lovely, unique, and comfortable.

There was no down side!

It was clean and nicely decorated. The air was cool. It was centrally located to downtown. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and toiletries.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable with really uncomfortable pillows. There was no bottles of water or even a granola bar. You could order an expensive plate for a snack by a certain time. There was an ice machine, but not a drink to put over it! The bathroom was freezing. The directions for unlocking the door were a bit confusing and could have been condensed. For the price we paid, we feel like they could have done a little bit. more for guests! There were some uncomfortable characters walking around close to the parking area as we pulled in after the fair, as well.
