Very good choice considering the price.

They don't answer the phone easily. But once they answer they are very nice.

Amazing location only 3 mins to Harrods, neat and clean house

The Property is spacious in a good location of Knightsbridge, and appeared to be rated well so this is why we chose it.

The Property has old electrics. Some switches and lights work one day and other days don’t (ie in the garden and basement). The alarm had a fault which took 24 hours to fix. We lost 24 hours of our holiday to resolve this, on top of the alert noise of the alarm being heard all night and concern for security. The mattress in the master room is old an uncomfortable. The TV is the size of a desktop computer screen and is not the same as the one shown in the photos here. The sofa in the TV room is old and dirty and again not the same as the photos. The communication with the host is difficult. There is no mobile number provided, WhatsApp or dedicated person handling the property to resolve matters quickly and speedily. As a result we were stuck with the problem of the alarm system.
