Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement : accès à pied à la plage (200 mètres) - piste cyclable à la porte pour un accès en 5 minutes au bourg de Soulac. Très belles plages et bourg de Soulac très agréable ! N'hésitez pas à apporter vos vélos. Il y a beaucoup de pistes cyclables bien sécurisées.
Il faisait chaud et le coin chambre sans fenêtre ne pouvait pas être aéré et rafraichi malgré les 2 ventilateurs mis à disposition. L'appartement mériterait une rénovation. Un "petit rien" pourrait le rendre plus agréable. De plus, les baies vitrées ne sont pas sécurisées. il est aisé de les ouvrir en forçant légèrement. Côté cuisine : 2 assiettes plates, c'est un peu juste...
