Andy was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. It was very clean.

As seniors, we felt there were too many stairs for us, our error in choosing, no fault of the host.

Owners were very kind and accommodated our bicycles and calendar date change.

Room ventilation and lack of welcoming lounge.

Staff were very kind, check in was pretty easy. Helpful when we had a question about the temperature in one of the rooms. Good value for money. Offered us a booster chair for our toddler which was helpful. Very accommodating and moved seats around so that my family could sit together. Good value for money & good location (walkable to downtown).

The rooms seemed very basic / dated / bland / not cozy. It needs some fresh touches / upgrades to the rooms and an effort to decorate a bit more. Bathroom was outdated, mattress was not very comfortable. (shower water pressure was low). Breakfast on day 1 was pretty limited, eggs, dumplings, coffee/tea/sausages, bread (no juice, yogurt). On day 2, orange juice & yogurt were provided. Asian music playing in the breakfast area (not too loud) both days. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke near our room so had to keep doors closed.
