The property was not "splendor" at all. Grass overgrown. Trash bins full. Very little patio seating to use the back porch. Shower drain in lower bathroom was clogged. No stopper in upstairs bathroom, so there was no way to use the bathtub for the children. Mini-blinds were in bad shape. Although the owner was very appreciative and very helpful, I just share all of these things so that you know for future guests.
