Obiekt bardzo blisko zejscia do jeziora, obok sklepy i stacje paliw. Cicho i spokojnie, a obsługa Pań bardzo pomocna.

Apartament zlokalizowany jest na pierwszym piętrze w kompleksie budynków - widok z balkonu na sąsiedni apartamentowiec i dziedziniec - piękna, nowoczesna architektura. Apartament nowy i pachnący, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, jest ekspresik do kawy 🙂 wygodne łóżka, pościel i ręczniki dobrej jakości. Dobre multimedia/audio-stereo i wi-fi. Garaż podziemny, wcześniejsze zameldowanie/późniejsze wymeldowanie (dodatkowo płatne). Miejsca parkingowe na zewnątrz bezpłatne. Blisko do jeziora Żywieckiego, do plaży za przystanią żeglarską spacerem 10 minut. Serdecznie polecam 👍
Słabe ciśnienie wody - najbardziej odczuwalne podczas kąpieli. W sypialni brak zasłon zaciemniających - słońce ☀️ na pewno obudzi Cię wcześniej niż planujesz 🙂. Niestety, ale na terenie kompleksu obiektów trwają prace budowlane co generuje hałas i pylenie/kurzenie się.
