The room was clean and very cozy
The front desk staff were extremely rude to me as I was checking in late, and made me feel uncomfortable by telling me I was 'lucky' to be getting checked in. I had already paid for the room in full and having worked in hotels myself, I know how easy it is to undo a no-show on a system even after finances have been processed. So the staff had no right to make me feel like I was putting them out by turning up late. I have filed a complaint through booking.com, hopefully they can address it.
