Welcome to Main Street St. Charles! Located on the second floor of a charming commercial building, this apartment offers stunning views along Main Street. It is a prime location on Main Street, please note that there is a nightlife scene with live music Thursday-Saturday late in the night. Step into this beautifully updated one bedroom, one bath apartment and be greeted by a harmonious blend of historic charm and modern amenities. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Had a wonderful stay. Host was very responsive. Great stay in the middle of everything- so we could walk out and shop or grab a bite to eat.

Wonderful property right in the heart of the historic district. Spacious for two and very cute. All we needed for the one night stay. Our first visit to the area and we were not aware the nightlife would be so loud. Bands across the street and a barking dog that sounded outside the bedroom windows on the closed off balconey. Parking close was a challenge. Perfect location to enjoy the nightlife. If you may be looking for a quieter stay this may not be your location.
