It's not glamorous, but we stayed two nights while we rented UTVs to ride the H&M trails. For this purpose, it was perfect. Probably the nicest place to stay in the Gilbert area.
Only down side was kitchen amenities. For a VRBO that can host 16 people, there were only 5 forks! Not much in terms of mixing bowls or cookware, though the blackstone grill was great!
