Restored Mid Century Modern 3 bedroom A Frame Chalet with hiking trails right in the backyard.
Close to Livingston Manor, Callicoon and Mountaindale- also conveniently located 10 minutes drive from all the essentials ie Walmart..
This is a 3 queen bed bedroom home with sleeping sofa in the downstairs living room. Open kitchen floor plan lends to unobstructed views of the trees and mountain range. Rustic fire pit in the backyard with hiking trails directly behind. Enjoy an early morning walk with a coffee to clear your head or stay up late toasting marshmallows. The downstairs living room has a cinema sofa and 73” flat screen tv for movie nights and is the perfect place for kids to hang out and play while adults cook upstairs.
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas.
We provide a keypad entry so you can come and go as you please!
Please note: indoor fireplace is currently awaiting repair and decoration only.
The laundry room will only be open to guests staying 1 week or longer.

Olivia was a fantastic host! Before our arrival, she sent us all the details we needed along with helpful tips about the weather. During our stay, she was always available to answer any questions. The house was beautiful, cozy, and exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved it!
