We rented this property for our family while attending a nearby wedding. The home was very clean, and the kitchen and living area were spacious and beautifully decorated. Although it’s located on a busy street, the noise was minimal in the evening.One of the major highlights of this rental is the easy walk to Kellogg’s Beach. It’s a beautiful and popular spot, so being able to walk there is a big plus—especially since parking in the area is very limited.

Cute property. Neighbors were kind of loud while we were there. Thought the no parties sign in house was funny considering the neighbor hood was not as quiet. But it was a great stay

I have two recommendations. Better mattress and having both gates open during the stay for better exits to a busy street. The exit was a little dangerous . I also recommend to announce to bring beach chairs and beach towels.
