The flooring, wall coverings, furniture, and furnishings are coordinated and give the apartment its typical Mediterranean flair. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The apartment is ideal for families and dog lovers.
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation home on the left. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with seating, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light. The beech-colored built-in kitchen is as good as new, functional, and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. Large southwest-facing terrace with a view of the forest and the sunset, barbecue.
The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2007 in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, which features a total of four apartments of varying sizes—with 2 or 3 rooms, accommodating 1–4 people, on the edge of a nature reserve in an absolutely quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating and an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and feature southwest-facing terraces or balconies with unobstructed views across the meadows toward the Achterwasser.
Dogs are welcome. The dog beach is only about 500 meters away. A beautiful forest trail begins right at the house and is perfect for walking your dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment is allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
