Welcome to TY GARO, a charming house located in the quiet of the countryside while being less than 1 km from the sea. This comfortable house with its beautiful sea view on the entrance to the Aber Benoit is designed to comfortably accommodate families. Before entering the house, you will be won over by the large wooden terrace which offers a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped with a large living room with its comfortable living room, its dining area and the fully equipped American kitchen. The living room also has a fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire in winter after a good stroll on the coast. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful bedroom with its 160x200 bed which offers direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are equipped with a large 160x200 bed, one of which also has a baby bed. These 2 bedrooms also offer a beautiful sea view from the velux. The last bedroom is more of a children's room with its bunk bed and games available. You will also find a bathroom with bath and toilet.Outside, enjoy a pleasant evening outdoors on the large terrace overlooking the garden, creating a peaceful setting in which to relax.This charming house is located 2 km from the town of Landéda where you will find all the amenities.
