Welcome to our spacious attic apartment! With approximately 68 square meters of living space, you’ll find modern comforts and plenty of room for up to 4 people plus a toddler. The new, fully equipped kitchenette is perfect for cooking, while the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The spacious living/dining area opens directly onto an exceptionally large, furnished balcony facing southwest, perfect for relaxing.
Enjoy your favorite shows on two HD TVs or listen to music on the digital stereo radio with an MP3 CD player and Bluetooth functionality. This apartment is also suitable for people with allergies and offers free Wi-Fi as well as use of a washer and dryer for a fee.
The quiet location of our vacation home allows you to enjoy a relaxing getaway, while the Baths and Ordinger Beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. The large communal garden with playground equipment and a beach chair is also at your disposal.

Our vacation home, originally built in the rural villa style of the 1960s, now shines in practically new splendor with modern comforts following a comprehensive renovation. Enjoy the absolutely peaceful location at the end of the cul-de-sac “Am Tümmeldiek” in the Ording neighborhood, nestled at Öwerweg 2 on a corner lot of over 1,000 m² facing southwest.

Just a 7-minute walk from the Badzentrum and about a 15-minute walk from Ordinger Beach, our vacation home, with its four units—comprising apartments and condos—offers the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to the town’s amenities. Located directly on the old inner dike and across from the Ordinger Kurwald, you’ll find peace and relaxation here, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Explore nature on the numerous hiking and biking trails that start right outside the front door, and discover the North Sea Fitness Park as well as 12 signposted bike tours of varying lengths. The expansive Ordinger Beach, with its unique size and minimal difference between high and low tide, invites you to enjoy carefree swimming experiences regardless of the tides.
