Perfectly located in Uvita. Some guests choose not to rent a car and spend most of their time at the beach and use inexpensive taxi's as needed.

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or from one of the two local regional airports in the area - Palmar Sur or Quepos - to the property in Uvita. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Uvita is a great town with dozens of restaurants, several grocery stores, bars, coffee shops and is the launching point to many of the amazing tours in the area.
Uvita is also home to the world famous 'Ballena National Park' and the whales-tail beach.
Guests can check-in anytime after 3 pm with our self-check-in process. Instruction on how to access to the home will be sent within 24 -48 hours prior arrival for security reasons.
The home is 100% private with no shared spaces.
The home is 3 hours+ from Juan Santamaria International airport (airport code: SJO) and 45 minutes from Quepos regional airport.
Our Concierge Team can line up your private shuttle from either airport and even book your tickets from SJO-Quepos regional airport. The domestic flights are available during daytime hours and are a great way to see the amazing topography of Costa Rica.

The home has 2 bedroom, with 1 King size bed in the Owner's Suite, a queen size bed plus a bunk in Bedroom #2 that has patio and pool access, perfect those with children.
The kitchen has everything guests will need for their cooking desires.
The private swimming pool is a great way to keep cool.
The home has air conditioners in every bedroom and in the kitchen area.
Pak-n'Play can be rented for an additional $50 USD plus VAT fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

Casa De Pastores was in the most ideal location possible for our family vacay to Uvita Costa Rica! Just a short walk uphill is a gorgeous waterfall/swimming hole/butterfly garden, down the road are amazing restaurants, excursion start points, shops and a grocery store. Minutes from some of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen! The house was well equipped, felt incredibly clean, and had everything you might need to go tooling around town. The bunk bed had a hidden third trundle bed that we didn't even realize existed before we arrived, and the outdoorish shower/tub was so cool! The pool was well kept and a wonderful way to wind down from the adventures of the day. We felt incredibly safe with the security features of the house, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We're already dreaming of returning to Casa De Pastores as our home base for the next adventure!

Thdi place was beautiful. Modern clean and perfect. Just hard to find they need to add a sign on the road... But the place was magical. We stayed for 3 nights. KIDS LOVED IT. The pool was a Big WIN. THE PLACE WAS PERFECTLY SET UP FOR THE 4 ODNUS.

A great location, easy walk to shops & restaurants. We had an issue with the hot water and the maintenance man was there in 30min. He was extremely professional, polite friendly and helpful!.
