Welcome to your vacation rental! It’s located on the first floor of a perfectly situated house—from here, everything in Warendorf is just a short walk away: Lake Ems is right across the street, the State Stud is right next door, and the downtown area and historic market square are less than 400 meters away!
Here’s how your vacation home is laid out:
You’ll enter the inviting hallway, and from here, on the south side, you’ll find the living room with an open kitchen as well as the magnificent south-facing balcony with its beautiful wooden floorboards! On the other side of the hallway, you’ll immediately find your spacious bedroom and, adjacent to it, a small study/dressing room. Located between the living room and the bedroom, accessible from the hallway, is the modern shower room.

Thanks to a modern and highly energy-efficient home, this apartment offers you a great deal of comfort. The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern, light-colored furniture. The sofa can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa if needed. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a modern oven. Of course, there’s also a high-performance coffee maker in the kitchen.
The bedroom features a large bed measuring 180 x 200 m with a full-length mattress. The dressing area offers plenty of space for your laundry, whether you prefer to hang it or lay it flat. The modern desk in this room provides the perfect opportunity to retreat for some work and find some peace and quiet.
On the balcony, you’ll find two very comfortable lounge chairs where you can fully enjoy the southern sun and the view of Emsseepark. Of course, the apartment comes with a parking space—and it’s perfect for cyclists: simply store your valuable bikes in the ground-floor bike storage room integrated into the building!
