This half-timbered vacation home, newly built in 2023, is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and offers all the comforts for 4 people across approximately 75 m² of living space.
The first floor of this charming house features a small entryway, a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, as well as a cozy living area with a sofa nook, TV, wood-burning stove, and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic-glass stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From the living area, you can step out onto the east-facing, partially covered terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. On the upper floor of the vacation home, there are two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. j
The house has its own parking space in the carport out front.
