Lakeside retreat

We loved the place! The rooms were very comfortable and the house was spacious and clean. The pool and backyard area were very comfortable and fun, we had a great time barbecuing and enjoying the space. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Comfortable, clean, & tidy! All supplies one might need for kitchen & bath were provided. Linens were plush, beds were comfortable.The host's communication was prompt, clear, and courteously responsive to the one request we made. The pool in the largely-private backyard was a highlight, and the home was a great casual base for our adventures in the Gulf area. I think it is fair to note that, visually, the drive in through the neighborhood does not inspire the confidence the home itself warrants. (This is obviously beyond the host's control, who has the cheeriest house on the street.) But our stay was quiet and peaceful; and the next door neighbors were on obviously good terms with the host's mother, who we met as we left. (A wonderfully friendly person, I might add!) If you are looking to stay in this vicinity, this is a great choice - one we'd return to again!

After staying at countless properties this one was far and away my favorite in every way. No detail was over looked - from cookware to buttery sheets - from fairy lights to the outside kitchen, and the genuine privacy. It's a little spot of heaven. Then add to that the remarkable kindness, helpful nature, ease of communication with our hosts and you have a truly special spot. I cant wait to come back and it will be as soon as I possibly can. Thank you for an amazing weekend, I couldnt have possibly asked nor wanted for anything more 🩷

Great property to get away for a while and relax. The host was great and very responsive to questions as they came up. I highly recommend a stay.
