Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We kindly ask that noise and music be kept to a minimum during these hours.

Pets may be considered with prior approval. A $100 pet fee per pet, per stay applies

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.

Nice house with spacious private rooms, great backyard, good location, and excellent management communication. Would definitely stay again.

The stairs were super steep. The bathrooms were not clean and not well stocked. No soap or body wash in the showers. Ran out of toilet tissue. Cold and flu season so Kleenex would have been nice. No bed side tables. It would be nice to have the upstairs “dining room” as a second living area. The basement had a sectional that fit all four of us sitting, no lamps. There was no where else to hang out. Light fixtures had cob webs. Laundry basket was disgusting and stained. TV was small. Would be nice to have more than 1 TV.
Left this property after one night and rented another property that was very well cleaned and stocked. They even came by the morning after it snowed and shoveled the walls and drive. The other property was also less expensive.
