This is my 3rd time staying at this property, it meets everything needed for a scuba diving and the owner is very accommodating to all our needs. I will continue using this place for future trips.

The interior of the house was very eclectic but with lots of updates. The property manager was very responsive on a couple of issues - cord fell off a TV, water was out for a couple hours. Everything was given priority attention. Location was ideal for everything - spring training - both parks we visited were only 15-20 minutes from the house. The location and surrounding homes were somewhat old and many looked a bit shabby. But I walked around the neighborhood and anyone I encountered was very friendly.

Expensive remodeling but the craftsmanship was poor. Furnishings were also expensive but showed some wear. Floor was dirty upon arrival. Our feet and socks were dirty after walking in the house. Some furniture was dusty. Three small problems arose but Simone was immediately responsive. Landscaping was beautiful and extensive. Garage was a plus. Location seemed safe. It was across from a high school and one block from a fire station.

We stay in the area every spring for spring training. Had my family of six this year. My pros and cons.Pros:Lots of space, even better considering the price.Place was clean and tastefully decorated Access to a garageLinens and other extras all newer and niceOverall well worth the priceConsRecently renovated but don’t expect all brand new. Area was very basic and not tourist friendly but only 5 minute drive to much nicer areas
