We offer the seasonal rental of our family home in Provence:
A 6-room house with a south facing terrace onto a very
beautiful 6.500 sq.m garden with a swimming pool of 11 x 5 m.
The living area (140 sq.m), includes:
- on the ground floor, entrance, large living room, 2 bedrooms, one with adjacent bathroom (italian shower) and one with direct access to the terrace. Separate kitchen. Laundry room. Toilets.
- upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with roof terrace. Bathroom. Separate toilets.
This traditional house (built in 1978), recently refreshed, offers beautiful functional and comfortable spaces.
Located in a quiet but not isolated environment, the house is 2kms from the center of Jouques, a beautiful village in the hinterland of Aix-en-Provence, between Verdon, Lubéron, Val de Durance and Sainte Victoire. It is ideal for relaxing family vacation but also to explore the region which is rich in
beautiful cities and landscapes, as well as various cultural activities:
Natural Parks (Alpilles, Verdon, Camargue, Calanques de Cassis, 1h30 drive), Aix-en-Provence Festival of Lyric Art, 30 min. ; La Roque d'Anthéron Piano Festival, 30 min. ; Avignon Festival, 1h30.
Practical details:
The house can easily accommodate 8 people.
(in total 3 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with single beds).
Bed & bathroom linen provided.
All new domestic appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, combined microwave oven, gas plancha for outside use (barbecues strictly forbidden by the Region).
Baby cot and baby chair.
Wifi + TV.
Unfenced property => No animals
Possibility to park several cars.
2024 Rates
Weeks of July: 1.680 € - 240 €/night
Weeks of August: 1.890 € - 270 €/night
Weeks of September: 1.470 € - 210 €/night
Deposit check of 1 week location in € (uncashed) to be paid on arrival to the person who will be meeting you.
Timetable:
- Arrivals on Sunday at 16:00
- Departures on Sunday at 10:00
Tourist tax:
We are required to collect from our tenants a tourist tax for the Aix - Marseille - Provence County Council.
We are of course fully available to answer all your questions!
