This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and a relaxing beach vibe, ideal for both quick getaways or longer stays. As you enter, you'll find yourself in the spacious and inviting living area, which is bathed in natural light and designed for relaxation. Comfortable seating surrounds the 65-inch Smart TV, making it perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
On cooler evenings, the electric fireplace adds warmth and charm, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, a spacious and well-equipped space featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge with ice maker, oven, and convection microwave. Whether you're preparing a family meal or just grabbing a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need. The dining table, which seats 9, is perfect for family meals, and the kitchen island offers seating for 5, ideal for casual chats while the chef works.

A great house in Seacrest in Rosemary beach. The house was clean and comfortable, It would have been nice to perhaps a have few basics like a couple of coffee pods and salt / pepper as its a pain to have to run out as soon as you get there to go do another grocery run. The development is perfectly placed between Rosemary and Alys beaches and both are within walking / biking distance. We had a great time each night walking to one of the restaurants for dinner and then walking down to the private beach for the sunset. The pool and beach are both a little crowded but very enjoyable. The bikes and beach chairs were a nice touch. We had a great 6 nights and would stay here again.

Accuracy:
-Our Listing Title was “5 Bikes, Largest Resort Pool…” We arrived Sun, alerted the mgmt company Tues am when we went to take a bike ride that there were only 3 bikes usable. We saw 5 when we arrived but realized the 2 under a tarp were locked (then told not part of the rental.)The company did not deliver the missing 2 bikes listed until late Thurs pm despite continuous check-ins on my part. We had just 1 day with 5 bikes!
-We also alerted to 2broken TVs Sun: 2of the bedrooms did not have TVs during our stay(not replaced/fixed)
-Not plenty of outdoor seating on the second balcony: one old chair w/black mold
-FYI: when discussing my issues that Tues I was told that “amenities are not promised” and I signed a contract agreeing to this. Think about that if you are reading this. Renters Beware if you decide to rent from this company: BeachWalk Vacations.
Property Manager:
As stated above, I alerted the manager of the missing bikes, broken TVs, plus broken blinds. I requested a credit on Tues as a compromise so I could then just rent a bike that day, but was told “NO we will deliver the bikes” and they could not tell me when. They did credit $100 2 wks later since I kept contacting but that doesn’t make up for the frustrations:waiting, many calls, missingbikes, broken TVs.
Nice home, mostly well-maintained and beautiful decor. Cute neighborhood but the pool was crowded (we could never get chairs) and the beach was too crowded, leaving just a foot in between neighbors.
