About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of Labaroche, at the foot of the Vosges Mountains and close to the tourist hotspots. Surrounded by a large terrace with a view of the Alsace plain, the house is bordered by a stream. A magical setting for your summer evenings, and magical in winter when the snow carpets the surrounding meadows.
This warm house, built with ecological materials, is inspired by Polish homes.
Tastefully decorated, the Datchas Lodges harmoniously mix furniture of character with objects found during our escapades.
LES TATRAS, a 120m2 apartment, which can accommodate 6 people, and has 3 private bedrooms. In one of them we have created a living room. The large bathtub rests in the middle of the mezzanine generously lit thanks to large openings that let in the outside light. A second bathroom stands out with its spacious walk-in shower in travertine marble.
The contemporary kitchen communicates with the living room, it has all the necessary equipment to enhance your stay (Nespresso machine).
In the large living room, a deep sofa invites you to relax. Large windows let you guess the lush surrounding nature. Wood stove for the winter, The living room opens directly onto the terrace.
SAUNA and Finnish bath at an additional cost.PGJyPgPGJyPg
A barbecue for summer evenings is located in the garden. We provide deckchairs and parasols.
The dachas lodges are located near the shops, 15 minutes from Colmar and close to the wine route. 5 minutes from the house in an exceptional setting of 60 hectares the Golf d'Ammerschwihr.
Ski resort 20 minutes, for purists of many hikes.
Christmas market in December, where the lively streets mingle with the smells of cinnamon and orange.

We had a 12 day break with the family in this wonderful property - in a tranquil super relaxing setting. The house was very well presented with all modern facilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and the ping pong table in the basement was a real bonus. The garden, rockery and the sound of the little stream provides a real relaxing place to relax and have a bbq while watching the sunset overlooking the hills. The occasional passing of a deer across the field makes it really feel special. The sauna and the hot tub were very inviting and very nice.
Labaroche is a great village with some good restaurants and the all important boulangeries with great bread, pastries and local delicacies. The village sits right in between the wine country with the beautiful villages such as Kaysersberg, Ribeauville and other - and the mountains and lakes of Alsace with hundreds of great walks and activities for all abilities - we particularly enjoyed the accent of Grand Ballon from Langmatt.
Cannot say enough about how welcome we were made to feel by Francois from the moment we arrived - Nicole communicated with us all throughout the booking and answered all the questions we had very promptly - throughout our stay the hosts were always available to meet any request - the welcome bottles of homemade apple juice was a real nice touch - I enjoyed our little chats with Francois whenever we saw him. Thank you both for making our holidays so special !!! Highly recommended !!!
