It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed, which can be converted to accommodate a third and fourth guest. The fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher—as well as a dining area, is integrated into the spacious living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet; there is also a separate guest restroom and a furnished balcony. A parking space is available to you free of charge on the property, and you can also store your bicycles on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL Wi-Fi internet access (device-specific, 1.50 euros per day per device).
