Nestled in the peaceful town of Parowan, our home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood’s quiet ambiance is consistent throughout the week, making it a restful retreat.



Local flavors and outdoor activities are all a stone`s throw away. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, our Parowan home serves as the perfect base for all your adventures.



We are a few minutes from Interstate 15 and easily accessible year round. No need for four-wheel drive or chains as we are located in the foothills of the higher elevations. Plenty of parking on site and walking distance to the local grocery store, Thai restaurant, and pizza parlor. It`s a quick five minute drive to downtown Parowan.



We want to ensure you have the best experience possible during your stay. Please be aware that there is a power substation adjacent to our property. We understand that it may not present the most picturesque view and are planning to address this by planting a natural `green screen` of trees this coming spring to enhance the beauty and privacy of your view.
