About this apartment rental

Make yourself at home in this modern downtown apartment. Corner unit with views spanning from the Pacific Ocean, North Shore mountains, & all the way to Mount Baker. You'll find everything you need and more at your doorstep. Perfectly located steps away from the beach, seawall, Robson St, Pacific Centre, countless restaurants, bars of Granville/Yaletown, grocery stores & transit.
Master bedroom: Queen bed with views of ocean, mountains, city, and sunset.
2nd bedroom: Small den with option to use as storage or second bedroom with foldout bed. Please be accurate about amount of guests. I will assume you don't need the extra bed if you're booking for one person and the room will be mostly empty.
Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and gas stove.
Smart TV.
In-suite washer/dryer.
Patio with spectacular views. Patio furniture removed during colder months.
Wifi is excellent for working. I have used the space to WFH for the past four years.
FREE PARKING with potential EV charging. You must let me know in advance if you want parking!!
Very easy access from airport. Can hop on Canada Line. Starts directly in airport and end at Yaletown Station - less than 10 min walk from unit. I can also arrange a driver if needed.
Bedding, towels, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) included.
Can send a cleaner when needed for an extra fee.
Building amenities:
Fully equipped gym in building.
Lost keys will result in a $100 fee for small fob set and $150 for large parking fob set. Plus the possible cost of new locks + keys.

Beautiful unit on the 34th floor with a panoramic view of the water and city! The location is perfect and very walkable to many points of interest. This place is ideal for a couple or a single person, as it is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, but there is a den which could be used for either luggage or the host can provide a mattress. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and make tea. The host supplied an abundance of towels, both for cleaning in the kitchen and also for bathing. The patio is a great bonus so you can step out and take in the wonderful views from all angles. There is some construction going on but it is not very loud at all. Many of the unit winfows open so you can get fresh air, as there is no AC (not needed anyway as climate is very moderate). It was great to have a parking space in the garage available as parking on the street or downtown can be a hassle . The building is very secure, with a FOB for entrance. We walked all over Yaletown and the West End, to Stanley Park Kitsilano and Gas Town. The area is very safe. The host is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this unit for your stay in Vancouver. You will be very pleased you made this choice!

This is a beautiful condo with the best views of Vancouver, the water and the mountains! Location is excellent as well, very close to Granville Island and walking distance to just about everything. Grocery one block away. Restaurants everywhere. The host, Paige, was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Condo was well appointed and extremely clean. We'd give 6 stars if we could!

We stayed at Paige's place for just over a month while our apartment was undergoing renovations. It was perfectly equipped for a long stay and in a great neighbourhood. We enjoyed the lovely views, comfortable bed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in the city that is close to all the amenities you could need. For out of towners, it's close to restuarants and nightlife but in a safe area, so you won't regret the choice!

Paige was an absolutely lovely and communicative host! My wife and I traveled to Vancouver to see the Taylor Swift concert, so it was a very quick 48 hours. However, check-in/check-out was extremely easy, the space is exactly as pictured, with wonderful views of the Vancouver skyline, and Paige was such a welcoming host. We visited Vancouver as a weekend extension to our honeymoon and she was sure to make it extra special with a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, and she even made reservations for our first dinner in town. Paige was very responsive, communicated promptly and thoroughly, and was all around an excellent host. I removed only one star for location because it is in the heart of downtown, so just be sure to be aware of your surroundings when walking around at night. Other than that, excellent stay and I would highly recommend to any person or couple visiting the area.
