Security deposit will be taken if rules are violated in addition to the smoking fee.
** Please don’t put anything in the washer upon departure. Having it sit in the washer will stain the fabric. Please allow our cleaning ladies to do these tasks.
Absolutely no parties or management has right to cancel contract at any time without a refund.

This property was absolutely beautiful and the pool was EVERYTHING 😍
There was a sulphuric smell coming from the water when we showered, but other than that our trip was amazing and we'd love to go back. The kids loved every minute of being there.
