- 0.3 Miles to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!
Important things to note:
- Photos of Interior are taken from unit 1116. All standard 2bedroom units have the same appliances, furniture, and square footage, with minor difference to décor items.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Location and our suite were fantastic! The pool was just the right temp. a very short walk to the beach. The other guests at the resort were friendly and we had a great time. The Frog Hop was a fantastic resource - always ready to take us around town. My main complaint is no dresser or place to set a suitcase in the one bedroom. We had to store our clothing on the closet shelf which was very inconvenient. A bench to set the suitcase on would have at least given us a "drawer".
