About this house rental
In Loire Atlantique in the south of Brittany, cross France's largest bridge to discover the Jade Coast. Enjoy an extended weekend or your holidays in Pornic, the perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Pays de Retz; a varied coastline, wild coves, beaches with various water sports and its history as rich as its culinary specialities.
This 90m² recently built house just 500m from the beach has on the upper floor two double bedrooms (recent 2024 bedding with a 140cm bed and two 90cm beds) and on the ground floor an office space with a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to 5 people.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The lounge-dining room has WI-FI access and opens onto a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and electric awning. A bathroom with WC upstairs and an independent WC on the ground floor complete the rental. For maximum comfort, outdoor furniture; table, chairs, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and plancha will allow you to enjoy the terrace or enclosed patio sheltered from view. You can park one vehicle on the property and another in the private garage attached to the house.
The rental is located 500 m from "La plage de la Joselière" and a pedestrian path leads you directly to "the Customs Officers coastal path" and to beaches and coves.

For your cycling outings, a marked cycle path runs along the entire coast and above all don't leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel" and not forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".

Comfortable small house in a district of Pornic, not quite so near to the beach as shown in the advertisment. Supermarket and center of Pornic nearby, 8 min by car. Marvellous beach at Tharon Plage, 15 min by car. Recommendation Bistronomi‘k for dinner. Worth seeing trip to St. Nazaire and to Nantes.
