About this house rental
My husband and I have renovated this beautiful house located on the shores of Lake Lavaud. It has a wonderful view of the lake.
Located on the other side of the lake you will find the beaches with restaurants and bars. Also access many of the paths around the lake and champagne either by bike or on foot. We are located in the heart of the bucolic landscapes of the Charente Limousine.PGJyPg
Our cottage is completely independent and dog friendly although the garden is not fully enclosed for dogs.
Enter the house through the door to the kitchen under an awning for the car. You will find on the first floor a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. One upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 and the other with 2 90 beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and an area with sofas, games and books, flyers with many things to visit in the area.
We have a covered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, charcoal bbq, sofas under the awning so you can relax, an arbour that has the view of the lake with chairs for 6 people. Also a shelter for your bikes. Orange wi-fi fiber available.
I can pick up your groceries that you with order at the DRIVE U Chabanais if you want.
There are restaurants in Chabanais which is located 4km, also recommend a bar/snacks 1km from our house for pizzas, burgers, chacuterie etc.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this beautiful house right on the edge of the lake. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bedrooms bright and comfortable. All the mod cons and everything high quality. Would highly recommend! Thank you Theresa ( lovely host)
