Rental in Capbreton (Landes) of a charming contemporary house, atypical and very bright, with heated pool, located in a residential area between the city center and the beach (5 min. on foot). Ideal for 8 adults and up to 12 people with children
• Main house crossing with a sheltered veranda, a living - dining room of 50m² with direct views of the garden, an open kitchen equipped with a piano and many amenities, 3 bedrooms (160cm queensize beds), including a master suite equipped with a large dressing room and a private terrace, 3 bathrooms, one with bath and toilet, the others with shower and sinks, 2 other independent toilets; on the mezzanine, a 4th bedroom consisting of a modular double dormitory with 4 single beds, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Plenty of storage space.
• A very bright independent studio of 35m² with a 160 bed, a kitchenette (sink + fridge, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
• Exotic garden planted with many palm trees with an openwork wooden pergola, a teak garden table, a garden furniture, deckchairs, a hammock, a salt pool, heated and secured by an electric roller shutter, a solar outdoor shower, a sheltered plancha + barbecue.
