• Main house crossing with a sheltered veranda, a living - dining room of 50m² with direct views of the garden, an open kitchen equipped with a piano and many amenities, 3 bedrooms (160cm queensize beds), including a master suite equipped with a large dressing room and a private terrace, 3 bathrooms, one with bath and toilet, the others with shower and sinks, 2 other independent toilets; on the mezzanine, a 4th bedroom consisting of a modular double dormitory with 4 single beds, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Plenty of storage space.
• A very bright independent studio of 35m² with a 160 bed, a kitchenette (sink + fridge, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
• Exotic garden planted with many palm trees with an openwork wooden pergola, a teak garden table, a garden furniture, deckchairs, a hammock, a salt pool, heated and secured by an electric roller shutter, a solar outdoor shower, a sheltered plancha + barbecue.

Capbreton is an authentic fishing village, with small typical houses, crossed by the Boudigau and known for its fishing port and marina (direct sale of fish at the arrival of the boats), or its market (local products).
