- 1 Kids’ room with bunk + single bed (upstairs)

- Home is self-catered with starter supplies at check-in
- Weekly pool service included; guest refill may be needed if water level drops
- Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
- Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
- Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
- Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request
Important Pool Info
- Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund
- Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather
- Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee
Optional Add-ons:
- Grill rentals: 3 burners ($80/week), 4 burners ($95/week), daily extensions available

Nice interior. Plenty of towels and utensils. I wish there was a starter kit with some oil, sugar, salt and coffee filters. Clean house.

The stay was great and as advertised. The only con I have is that we found a few bugs. Other than that, the stay and property owner was great!
