Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 37 m² flat in Gérardmer to rent, with a shared swimming pool and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared 10x5 swimming pool (unheated, open from June to September)
- A 9 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
