Indulge in a comfortable stay in our well-equipped and fully remodeled ground floor Condo. Featuring two plush queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom. The suite comes with modern amenities including a flatscreen smart LCD TV, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and hairdryer. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of parking for one car during your visit. You are right in the heart of the Leavenworth village!
The Space:
The Dogwood Suite has two plush queen sized beds, a kitchenet, sitting area, and a full bathroom. Sleeps 4.
There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, and hot tub for all of the Snowcreek units.
Other Things to Note:
The Dogwood Suite offers 1 free parking spot on the backside of the building. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details.
If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. We do charge the fee after the booking is confirmed.
Note: The pet fee is not included in your booking. To cover the cost, It will be added separately when you confirm your reservation as an alteration request. Kindly accept it when you can.
Just a quick note: After you book, we’ll need to verify your ID, get your agreement to our terms of service, and place a temporary credit card hold for incidentals—like hotels do. This helps us protect our space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Thanks for understanding! Preauthorization Hold Details: $50 for suites and $250 for full rental homes. No charges are made unless damage or policy violations occur.

Would return. Great property. Clean. Clever. Well stocked. Parking good. One small issue late at night that the owner responded to immediately and then followed up the next day.

It was perfect for our trip with our kids. Walkable to the main strip of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious. Having a reserved parking spot was a huge convenience!

We had a fantastic time in Leavenworth! Loved that the home was in walking distance of everywhere and town. Hot tub was a little bit of a let down, had to walk around the building past the main road to get to it which wasn’t fun as a mom of two in a bathing suit lol. Hot tub had lots of sand and dirt in it, as well as lots of foam and a not so pleasant smell when the jets turned on. The home was very clean and comfy. One downside was no broom, so once we went to the river and came back there was lots of sand we had to deal with on the floors the rest of the stay. Also, they requested to have all dishes washed and dried but there wasn’t a way to clean the dishes so I had to buy a sponge and dish soap. Management team was easy to get ahold of when we did have questions. But just a few items that they do need to include within the home to make it an easier stay.
