Nice grounds and pools and facilities. If you want to use the amenities other than the pool you might have to sign up for usage. The only problem was that the sign up place was closed Saturday and Sunday. The house AC was set at 99° when we checked in. It took all evening to get the temperature down to 87°. It was ok by the morning, but really not acceptable in the Phoenix area.
