Cozy Tiny Home located 15 minutes from uptown Charlotte! Pet friendly!

Good experience!

I loved my stay, the place was perfect for my needs, I hope it is available if I do the same again in the future. It was clean, had everything that was needed, and it is in a very nice location! (not to mention my dog was allowed which made it extra special for me)

Don’t stay here if you are up several times a night to use the restroom! The stairs to the sleeping area were very steep but the house was very cute, clean and comfortable. I could see the person who built it took quality seriously, and the owners provided everything someone would need! The only issues I had were making sure the front door was locked and I did not see the WiFi listed, so I just used my cell Svc.

My stay here was overall a very positive experience. The host was very friendly and helpful in confirming any questions I had about the property. The property itself is also very accurate to the sizes shown in the photos. Everything was also very clean, neat, and organized. The biggest problem my partner and I dealt with during our stay, which is the reason for my 3 star rating, lies in the ac, which consisted of a very weak upstairs unit as well as two fans located on the main downstairs level. It was a very cool climate upon arrival which gave a very positive first impression, but as we were going to bed, the house became so unbearably hot, and continued to be that way for the rest of our visit. This lead to a very uncomfortable experience, and we eventually opened up windows which helped slightly but still barely solved the problem. By all means this is still a wonderful property especially for the price, and I could 100% see myself coming back if the ac could be fixed or improved upon.
