Quiet seaside house, decorated with modern furniture of the Flamant brand, Mis en demeure, Blanc d'ivoire, or antique furniture.
Located 4 minutes walk from the beach (see photos) and 7 minutes from the city center, shops and the walled city of Concarneau, this house is suitable for 2 to 8 people.
With its four bedrooms, one of which is large with a living room, its large living-dining room, this house from the 30s is perfect for a large family but also for a single couple as it has a bedroom on the first floor.
You will also have 3 offices (a large one in the living room and two smaller ones in two bedrooms).
It also has a bright kitchen, very well equipped with white crockery and many quality utensils, an old bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a laundry room in the basement.
It has a pleasant and very quiet walled garden, facing south-west, equipped with teak garden furniture and sun loungers.
