Welcome to our amazing 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Breathtaking sunrise views to enjoy a cup of coffee, and a shaded balcony to enjoy the sunset. This private building with elevator, is located within the gated community of Puerta Aventuras. It’s only a short walk to Centro with fabulous restaurants, bars, shopping, and attractions.
The unit is reminiscent of authentic Mayan style, offers hand-carved wood doors, high ceilings, and a custom brick-domed ceiling with a cupola with stained glass. From the common areas, and the primary bedroom, enjoy full ocean views, Quinta Luna’s private beach, the infinity pool and the lagoon.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and small appliances and plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. Kitchen opens into the dining room with a bar that seats four and a custom dining room table that seats six. Enjoy air-conditioning or open up and let the sea breezes and ceiling fans cool you off as you enjoy the sound of the waves. The balcony also has dining for six if you prefer to dine al fresco.
The primary bedroom has a dome-brick ceiling with a cupola, king-sized bed, ceiling fan, access to the balcony, a private full bath, SMART tv and plenty of closet and cabinet storage space. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan, SMART tv, closet and access to a full bathroom next door.
The main living area has comfortable tropical-style seating for six, a large SMART tv, ceiling fan, along with games and books when you want to take a break from the sun. Best of all, it opens directly onto breathtaking views of the Caribbean.
