The villa is located in Mougins; a lovely and somewhat secluded commune, it's the ideal place to spend calm and relaxing holidays while still being close enough to the most famous places on the French Riviera. Indeed, the villa is located less than 10 km from the city center of Cannes and its famous beaches, 35 km from the beautiful city of Nice and its famous Promenade des Anglais...
The property consists of:
A first main villa with a living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet; 1 en-suite bedroom with its shower room.
An annex with a living room, dining room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. Parking for 4 cars is available within the villa. The house is ideal for stays with friends, family, or for your professional trips such as attending conferences in Cannes
Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 9 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability).
Linen is included in the cleaning price
City tax is €5.36 per person per night
